We release new curated drops every month. Each drop features a limited selection of pieces we’ve sourced for their quality, style and value. Once items sell out, they’re gone. Follow us on Instagram to stay updated on upcoming drops.
Are the items new?
Yes. All items are new and carefully selected for quality, style and value. We only feature and sell pieces from brands we trust and would personally wear ourselves.

Shipping and Returns
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, Viva by M ships within the United States only. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final.

What is Community Picks at Viva by M?
Community Picks is our way of letting you shape what we source. Fill out a short form telling us what styles, pieces or categories you’d love to see in the upcoming drops. We read every submission and use them to guide our sourcing decisions - it’s not a purchase or a reservation, just your wishlist helping us curate better.
How is this different from personal shopping?
Community Picks helps influence what appears in upcoming Viva by M drops. Personal Shopping is a more tailored service, where we source pieces specifically for one client based on their style, size, and budget.
Will I be charged or committed to buying anything?
Absolutely not. Submitting a Community Picks form is completely free and non-binding. You’re sharing your taste with us, not placing an order.
What happens after I submit a form?
We review all submissions as part of our sourcing process. If we find something that matches your request, we’ll include it in a drop and - if you opted in - send you a personal heads up. We can’t guarantee every request will be fulfilled, but every submission genuinely counts.
Can I submit more than once?
Of course! Your taste evolves and so does our inventory. Feel free to submit a new form whenever you have something on your mind. The more we hear from you, the better we can curate for our community.
